User Authentication
Customer have to be registered on BA Tickets Reservation System to be able to purchase online. You will need to follow the registration procedure with National Identifier for Egyptians or Passport Number for resident foreigners.
Pricing
All online tickets are nonrefundable and subject to administrative fees.
Order Confirmation
- After any order, the system should generate an order confirmation in the form of a confirmation email with a reference number. If you do not receive it after submitting payment information, you are responsible to contact BA Tickets Reservation Office. Only you can recognize any problem that may occur during your purchasing process. BA will not be responsible for monetary losses in case the order was not placed.
- The Confirmation number sent by mail is confidential and is the User's responsibilty and the Library is not responsible for any Misuse
- The customer will be notified of the transaction number by e-mail, which is a non-repeatable secret number for the holder. The ticket will only be issued through this number, so the responsibility of saving it falls on the customer. This means that the booking has been confirmed, unless the event in question is canceled by the BA.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
A ''ticket limit'' is applied to each event in order to discourage unfair ticket buying practices (black market) . This amount is written in the event page and verified with every transaction on our system. You may not purchase more than the specified number of tickets.
Multiple Browser Windows
When ordering tickets online with, please ensure you are looking for tickets and placing an order using only one browser window. Looking up tickets using multiple browser windows could result in losing your tickets or timer expiration.
Delivery Options
You have to pick your ticket from the BA Ticket Office in the Same day of the concert during its working hours from 9:00 am until the beginning of the concert, except Fridays from 2:00 pm and Saturdays from 12:00 pm. The BA advises customers to arrive early prior to the event to pick the tickets up to avoid long lines.
- The transaction number is a secret number. It is not repeatable and belongs to the holder. The ticket will only be issued through this number, so the responsibility of saving it falls on the customer. This means that the booking has been confirmed, unless the event in question is canceled by the BA.
Cancelled and Postponed Events
In case the event is canceled or postponed. BA will give you a refund total transaction amount including the administrative fees by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket provided that you comply with the Event instructions or deadlines, which is determined according to the BA discretion.
BA will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
