All ticket prices for concerts that occur in Egyptian Pounds (EGP)
Customer have to be registered on BA Tickets Reservation System to be able to purchase online. You will need to follow the registration procedure with National Identifier for Egyptians or Passport Number for resident foreigners.
All online tickets are nonrefundable and subject to administrative fees.
An e-mail will be sent upon completion of the payment process. It includes (the process number, QR code, and seat number if any), which means that the process has been completed.
The data sent by e-mail (transaction number, QR code, and seat number if any) is confidential and is the responsibility of the customer. It cannot be repeated and belongs to its bearer. The BA is not responsible for its misuse, and the responsibility for maintaining it falls on the person who has done the booking. This means that the service is completed.
Entry to the event is done only by showing the electronic ticket sent by e-mail that includes (the transaction number, QR code, and seat number if any), noting that it is used only once.
If you have not received an e-mail immediately after completing the payment process, please take the necessary action:
- Go to the “My Previous Reservation” page, and save the reservation information for the included event (transaction number, QR Code, and seat number if any) to enter the event.
- If the reservation does not appear on the “My Previous Reservation” page, send an e-mail to (ArtsCenter@bibalex.or) before the event date. Only you can recognize any problem that may occur during your purchasing process, and the BA will not be responsible for monetary losses in case the order was not placed.
Amount of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"
A ''ticket limit'' is applied to each event in order to discourage unfair ticket buying practices (black market) . This amount is written in the event page and verified with every transaction on our system. You may not purchase more than the specified number of tickets.
You have to pick your ticket from the BA Ticket Office during its working hours daily from 9:00 am to 6:30 pm, or until the beginning of the concert, except Fridays from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm or until the beginning of the concert, and Saturdays from 12:00 noon to 3:30 pm or until the beginning of the concert. The BA advises customers to arrive early prior to the event to pick the tickets up to avoid long lines.
The transaction number is a secret number. It is not repeatable and belongs to the holder. The ticket will only be issued through this number, so the responsibility of saving it falls on the customer. This means that the booking has been confirmed, unless the event in question is canceled by the BA.
In case the event is canceled or postponed. BA will give you a refund total transaction amount including the administrative fees by issuing a credit to the credit card that you used to purchase that ticket provided that you comply with the Event instructions or deadlines, which is determined according to the BA discretion.
BA will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
